. Securities

While Mr. Cooke does not specialize in securities law or litigation, as General Counsel for some of his clients, he will act to advise his clients regarding risks and opportunities and coordinate the work of attorneys that do specialize in securities law.

However, if you review Mr. Cooke's resume you will see that he was trained as a corporate securities attorney, and because Mr. Cooke is now a general business attorney, he can catch iissues that others may not see.

In the recent past, Mr. Cooke was working with a client raising $25 Million Dollars and the client had hired specialized advice from a large law firm. After a conference call with the "specialized" firm, Mr. Cooke advised his client to obtain a second opinion: Why? Mr. Cooke believed the advice was "wrong". The second opinion was better, kept the client from breaking the law and followed securities guidelines.

If you have questions about raising money for your company and want to take advantage of equity finance, you can contact Mr. Cooke at (312) 497-9002 or by email at "gc@Cookeslaw.com". Mr. Cooke's fee is $300.00 per hour..
