. Business Strategies

Strategically moving and growing a business means affectively evaluating the business' current position and plotting out courses of action.

Do you concentrate on your core products or diversify?
Do you acquire competitors or joint venture with complementary businesses?
Do you raise capital or incur debt?
Do you franchise operations or stay with company stores?
Do you hire independent contractors or employees?

Do you lease or do you buy?
Do you build a new manufacturing facility or sub-contract manufacturing?
And if you build or sub-contract, do you do it in the United States or somewhere else?

As begun above, the evaluation of business strategies and implications is unending.
