. Partnerships, Limited

A Limited Partnership is an investment vehicle utilized to raise capital for a particular project or for business projects with pre-defined parameters. (ie. for investment in corn futures) Generally, Limited Partnerships raise capital from many different sources, but can have only a few partners.

The Limited Partnership consists of a General Partner that manages, operates and oversees the business operations and the Limited Partners that contribute capital, but have no opportunity to get involved in the day-to-day operation of the partnership business.

If you have a business opportunity that you believe is suited to the Limited Partnership structure, please feel free to contact Mr. Cooke at (312) 497-9002 or by email at "gc@Cookeslaw.com".
